My Little Man

The culprit? 

His way of waking me up to play. Aaah, your smile is so priceless my little burrito. Mommy loves you so much! :)

Happy 7 Months!

My babies are now having separation anxiety. Everytime they see us leave the nursery, they now make noise and feel anxious. My little man loves to sleep beside me and his dad and wants to be hugged all the time. I guess he got that trait from his dad. We feel that he's a 'mama's boy'.  Sebynna wants to be cuddled and loves meeting and mingling with people. 

Sebreen is now sitting well without support. It breaks my heart to see her fall and stumble but I need to let my babies explore their surroundings and discover their limits. It's for them to grow and learn for themselves. But I make sure the nursery or crib is safe for them. Fragile objects are all secured.

Triplets' 1st Meal

I'm a mom who is so keen on anything about feeding my babies. I ensure I get the best stuff to make feeding good if not the best experience for them. Since they get nutrition from feeding, for me there should be no room for errors. 

Pediatricians advise parents to begin giving semi-solid food to babies at age 6 months. While in other countries, like the US start a month earlier. I'm not sure of the reason behind it though. Since I'm an obedient Mom (ahem...), I follow whatever my doctor advise. Period. 

It's been months since I've been preparing for this big day. I did my share of research on what good plates and cutlery to use, food to give, and many many more. I ended up on these: 

Babybjorn plates and spoons

The plate's three-leaf clover shape makes it easier to scoop up food onto the spoon. The rubber ring on the base of the bowl prevents it from sliding around.  Rests firmly on the table. 

The spoon's handle is thicker at the end, making it easier to hold since children often grip the spoon at the far end of the handle. Also kids switch between their left and right hands up until the age of 3, so Babybjorn made their spoons to work in either hand.

What I like about this soft bib is it is very easy to clean. Just rinse it off and use it again. Also the neckband rests comfortably on the babies' neck. It is never irritating to the babies. The food remains in the spill pocket no matter how active the baby.  Lastly, it can be used for a long time. Thanks to the adjustable snap that adapts size to fit my growing children perfectly.

Easy to clean. Most importantly they are BPA-FREE!

Me and my kids enjoy each and every meal time.

Pedia advised me to give them organic. I give Earth's Best rice cereal. They are the best! My kids love them. 

Triplets' 1st Out of Town

It was their Lolo's birthday when we had their first out of town trip to Tagaytay City. They braved the cool weather with their hoodies and leg warmers.

Family Day '10

We've been attending St. Paul's Family Day yearly specially when my SIL was younger (read: grade school years). But this year's much much much different...

First time to attend with babies in our arms! Haha. Much effort needed because we had to dress them up  for the costume thingy.  Pressure!

Can't wait when it would be their turn to have their school affairs. Time flies. Wish they could be 4 months old forever. :) Heehee

All of them can roll on their sides already and carry their necks when carried in an upright position.

Sebastian is more talkative than Sebynna and has a very low voice. Haha. Very opposite of his Dad. He always have smiles for everyone. A very jolly baby which I think he got from his Dad. Tends to be so impatient specially when hungry.

Sebreen loves the camera. Very charming and a favorite of everyone. Still the biggest and heaviest and cries the loudest!

Sebynna is the prettiest as most people say. As early as now, we can see that she's the most independent. She can soothe herself whenever possible. She's the easiest to take care. Sleeps by herself after feedtime and playtime. Her favorite cartoon is Upin & Ipin and watches it daily at 9am and 4pm. A very smart baby.

Dad and Mom love to read stories to them before bedtime. Their favorite is "Pat the Bunny" by Dorothy Kunhardt. One of the bestselling children's book of all time. A touch and feel book that can stimulate babies' senses.  Contains things to touch, things to move, things to smell, and hidden surprises to peek at.  A must-buy for babies.

Happy 4 months sweeties! We love you so dearly.

Triple Happiness

I'm so addicted to my babies. I just never get tired of staring, touching and hugging them. I love looking at their photos endlessly. Haha. 

One word: HAPPINESS.
